After Plan Transition The Subscription Group Relation Is Not Maintained If There Are Additional Services Brought In The New Plan

Steps to reproduce:

1) Setup plan transition from a plan "From_Plan" to a plan "To_Plan"
2) Create an account and purchase "From_Plan" with the optional deal for "/service/ip"
2) Do plan Transition from "From_Plan" to "To_Plan" where "To_Plan" has an additional service "/service/email"
3) Verify the service structure from the service tab of customer center.
It shows the structure as given below:
  --> /service/telco/gsm/telephony
  --> /service/ip

--> /service/email
"/service/email" service is not showing under /service/telco.
Expected Result:
It should show as below
  --> /service/telco/gsm/telephony
  --> /service/ip
  --> /service/email
