New feature was introduced in 18.104.22.168 Integration to Field Work PIP – When Customer or Service Point does not exist in WAM ,i the ntegration will “hold” the Service Request in the SAIF tables and retry once the Customer and or service Point have been created.
When testing this, FA created in CCB fails to be populated in the SAIf tables. The following message is in the inbound log:
Error while Inserting SaifServiceRequestMeterInf data. ORA-02291: integrity constraint (SYNERGEN.FK_SVC_REQ_METER_INFO_SVC_REQ) violated - parent key not found.
There is a record in saif_service_request and a record in saif_service_request_meter_inf.
There are no records in saif_service_request_meter_reg, although there are 4 registers on the meter.
