Symptoms

In Advanced Supply Chain Planning on a 12.1.3 Instance

 
When attempting to run ATP Data Collections, Refresh Collection Snapshots fails with the following error:

31-MAR 22:15:37 : ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
31-MAR 22:15:37 : Error Setting Up Source Objects

 

The issue manifests itself during patch application. The package MRP_CL_FUNCTION is invalid.

 

 SQL> alter package MRP_CL_FUNCTION compile body;
 
  Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
 
  SQL> set pages 2000
  SQL> show error
