 The attached document provides information on how to set up ‘networkRetries’ so that a Forms based application becomes more fault tolerant of network related issues. It is worth implementing 'networkRetries' if users are randomly seeing errors like the following (even when the load on the Application Server is low) :

FRM-92102: A network error has occurred.
The Forms Client has attempted to reestablish its
connection to the Server 1 time(s) without success.
Please check the network connection and try again later.
