How to Configure Discount to Consume Resources (Doc ID 1452349.1)

Q1. 

A user buys a product which gives 30 MB day time balance and 60 MB night time balance. The user needs to consume from 30MB day time balance during day time and consume from 60 MB balance for night time.
For day time calls, how can we set rules to consume from 30MB day time balance, and if it is exhausted use it from the night time balance ?

Q2. 

A single product with two separate resources; both the resources have the same start and end date / time.
Can we have a consumption rule where we can say that first the charging needs to be done and need to affected the balance available from resource1 and then do charging which will affect the balance available from resource2? As per the current resource consumption rule, we didn't find any approach.
