Unable To Send A Completed Activity From MWM To FWPIP After Patch Update V2.1.0.1 With Error Indicating 'ServerXPath expression failed to execute' (Doc ID 1452532.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit a completed Activity from MWM to FWPIP, the Activity will complete from MWM but always fails when going to FWPIP with the following error:

env:ServerXPath expression failed to execute.
An error occurs while processing the XPath expression; the expression is ora:processXSLT('Xform_OrderCompleteABMReqMsg_to_WorkOrderEBMReqMsg.xsl',bpws:getVariableData('ProcessOrderCompleteReqMsg','ProcessOrderComplete')).
The XPath expression failed to execute; the reason was: oracle.fabric.common.xml.xpath.XPathFunctionException: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: oramds:/deployed-composites/default/ProcessWorkOrderCompleteOUMWMUtilitiesReqABCSImplV2_rev1.0/Xform_OrderCompleteABMReqMsg_to_WorkOrderEBMReqMsg.xsl<Line 37, Column 192>: XML-22044: (Error) Extension function error: Error invoking 'lookupXRef':'oracle.tip.xref.exception.ValidationException: Reference value is empty for Reference Column Name "OU_MWM_01" and for Table Name "oramds:/apps/AIAMetaData/xref/FS_ORDER_ID.xref" Please ensure Reference value is non-empty'. Check the detailed root cause described in the exception message text and verify that the XPath query is correct.
