Issue In Customized Services Page During Plan Transition

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.0.0.0.1 version, Customer Center, the below problem is observed in the customized Services page during plan transition.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR:

In the customized services page, loginID and password for only DealB3 must be prompted. The login id of /service/ip which was mandatory of the previous plan is used for the current plan.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PlanA with 3 deals
    DealA1 (optional)-/service/ip
    DealA2 (optional)-/service/email
    DealA3 (required)-/service/ip
2. Create PlanB with 3 deals
    DealB1 (required)-/service/ip
    DealB2 (optional)-/service/email
    DealB3 (required)-/service/email
3. Create a Plan transition from PlanA -> PlanB
4. Create an account with PlanA, do a plan transition to PlanB.
