Issue In Customized Services Page During Plan Transition

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 188.8.131.52.1 version, Customer Center, the below problem is observed in the customized Services page during plan transition.
In the customized services page, loginID and password for only DealB3 must be prompted. The login id of /service/ip which was mandatory of the previous plan is used for the current plan.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PlanA with 3 deals
2. Create PlanB with 3 deals
3. Create a Plan transition from PlanA -> PlanB
4. Create an account with PlanA, do a plan transition to PlanB.
