Validation Error Occurs Even After Entering Mandatory Fields (Doc ID 1452666.1)

Symptoms

In Argus , whenever a case is saved with report type="OTHER" mandatory exception as below appears:

Error No: Description: Error in saving case form
  Validation Errors:
  Products: Product drug: Interaction ? Test mandatory OQ.
 

The error pops up even after entering the mandatory field "Drug_interaction" which shows as Red dot.

Changes

A mandatory condition called Test mandatory OQ was added to a field drug_interaction .

This was added in order to achieve the below condition:

When Report Type="Other" then the  drug_interaction field is mandatory.
