Need Mass Purge of Forecast Names from Forecast Set (Doc ID 1453093.1)

Goal

We need a means to purge Forecast names in mass, we create Forecast Set having about 300,000 Forecast Names and need to Purge all every week and upload afresh.
Please advise if there is any automated Process.
