Symptoms

MSCPLD module: Loader Worker With Direct Load Option fails with:

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_DEMANDS, column USING_ASSEMBLY_DEMAND_DATE.
ORA-01850: hour must be between 0 and 23


MAXIMUM ERROR COUNT EXCEEDED
- Above statistics reflect partial run.

Table MSC.MSC_DEMANDS:
  0 Rows successfully loaded.
  1 Row not loaded due to data errors.
  0 Rows not loaded because all WHEN clauses were failed.
  0 Rows not loaded because all fields were null.
