Goal

While upgrading BRM from 7.3.1 to 7.4,getting below error when executing pin731_74_upgrade.pl

Console Log:

$ /u01/pin05/opt/portal/ThirdParty/perl/5.8.0/bin/perl  pin_731_74_upgrade.pl

cleaning up the /u01/pin05/opt/portal/7.3/setup/pin_setup.log file before starting upgrade process
Stopping the Services before upgrade
Executing stop_cm
Executing stop_dm_oracle
