Symptoms
Given a DCM with at least one repeating question group having at least one question with a default repeating value defined.
Creating 99 subsets of this base DCM doesn't raise any errors.
When attempting to create the 100th subset for this DCM ( Maintain Study DCMs ,column Subset # = 100 ), the following error is displayed:
-----------------------------------
123400: CreateDCMQuesGrpfromDCMQG Failed -> ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
-----------------------------------
Removing the Repeating Defaults will allow the user, as expected, to create the 100th subset. However, when attempting to redefine the default repeats the following error occurs:
-----------------------------------
FRM-40508 - ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.
-----------------------------------
