SARM Logs Not Getting Generated After NEP Restart

Using ASAP (version 7.0.1 B131) it has been observed that the SARM logs were not generated after an NEP restart.
From ASAP.Console log file, one can see the following error:
SARM stops logging and needs to be restarted in order to re-enable logging.
