Calendar Server 7: Attachment Errors When Migrating Calendar with Attachments (Doc ID 1454340.1)

Symptoms

When migrating resource calendars from Calendar 6.3 to Calendar 7 (patch -03), the error "validation error: Parameter [FMTTYPE] must only be specified once" appears.  This only happens to calendars with attachments.
