Work Order Tasks in Planning and Approved status fail to Reschedule (Doc ID 1454571.1)

Symptoms


The Batch job SDBP_RESCHEDULE only moves tasks in Planning and Approved status to the next day's schedule if there is ANOTHER Active task that needs to be moved as well.

All tasks that are NOT Finished,Closed, Rejected or Canceled should be moved to the next day's schedule.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:


1. Create a new work order- add crew to header and task. Made sure the CREW is defined in the AUTO GENERATE DAILY SCHEDULE Business Rule.
2. Set the WO Header to Approved, Awaiting Activation
3. Select WO Task (Detail) and then select the Scheduling View
4. Assign a schedule date of today to the Crew
5. Navigate to the Daily Schedule Module. Confirm the WO was added to today's schedule
6. Run batch job sdbp_reschedule.job_reschedule
7. No items are processed
8. Create a new work order- add crew to header and task
9. Set the WO Header to ACTIVE
10. Select WO Task (Detail) and then select the Scheduling View
11. Assign a schedule date of today to the Crew
12.. Navigate to the Daily Schedule Module. Confirm the WO was added to today's schedule
13. Run batch job sdbp_reschedule.job_reschedule
14. Log says 1 item was processed
15. Navigate to Daily Schedule module. BOTH Work Orders were moved to the next day's Schedule
