Symptoms

On the SMS (Service Management System) and while upgrading to NCC 4.4.1, the installation of patch 46061 is supposed to add the Feature Node “Apply Reward (AR)”. The installation of that patch completes without any noticeable problem, but unfortunately, once the application is restarted, the slee_acs process fails and the following error is reported:
