When attempting to upload interval data to a custom interval data table, the following error occurs.

Error (0x90000635): Validation error(s): ExecuteNonQueryException: ORA-20099: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "XXX.LSP_CUSTOMTABLE", line 178 ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Usage - interval data
2. Select interval data location: CUSTOMTABLE and search
3. Select a cut and export to XML.
4. Now try to re-upload this xml file: Usage - iupload data and you will see the error.

NOTE: If you select another cut to download, where the starttime equals the timeseries starttime the re-upload works fine.
