Fsi_util.create_result_table Fails to Create Result Detail Tables for OFSA 4.5 to OFSAA 5.2.2 Migration (Doc ID 1455332.1)

Symptoms

When running fsi_util.create_result_table to create the OFSA 4.5 RM Result Detail tables in the OFSAA 5.2.2 database, the procedure ends with an error and no RES_DTL_xxxxx or CONS_DTL_xxxxx tables are created.  The following messages are output in SQL*Plus when you run the command "set serveroutput on" first:

SQL> set serveroutput on
SQL> exec fsi_util.create_result_table('OFSAADBLNK');
OLD TABLE FSI_O_RESULT_DETAIL_TEMPLATE
xx_initial_extent
xx_next_extent 1024
xx_min_extents
xx_max_extents
xx_pct_increase 1024

You cannot run fsi_util.migrate_result_tbls to migrate the 4.5 RM Result Detail data into the ALM 5.2.2 database until these Result Detail tables are created.
