Cannot Create New Projects or Import Projects After Top EPS Node Has Been Removed (Doc ID 1455361.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to add new projects by using Create New or Import

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to add new projects or import projects.

STEPS
-----------------------

When creating a new project:

1. Log into P6 Professional
2. Click on File
3. Click on New (or Click "+" in the Command Bar)

 

When importing:

  1. Click on File>Import
  2. Choose XER or XML
  3. Attempt to proceed past Import Project Options screen and receive error: Please click on the Import To field to select an EPS for all import projects that will be used to create new projects.
  4. Click Import To and notice there are no EPS elements to select in the list

Changes

All EPS nodes have been deleted.
