Symptoms

Problems with SONET ADM elements:

1.  Custom Attributes menu item not showing on the Node Properties window/dialog box for Element Type/Node Type SONET ADM
2.  General, Equipment Assoc., Roles and Custom Attributes menu items not present on the Managing an Element window after adding and closing the initial window for Element Type SONET ADM in Network Design
