Symptoms
Non English letters like RUSSIAN, THAI are taking twice as much space in database compared to English ones.
When the user tries to use Russian language for some of the attributes of MetaSolv objects, user gets the following error:
sqlerror:1
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column "ASAP"."TASK_TYPE"."TASK_TYPE_DESCRIPTION" (actual: 42, maximum: 35)
