Symptoms

Cycle fee cancellation failed when disputes are done against cycle forward event.

The scenario:

  1. On 4/1, purchase $30 monthly fee product.
  2. On 4/16, do a 100% event level dispute.
  3. On 4/16, cancel the product. 

Expected result : the product is cancelled and no cycle fee credit, since it was in dispute.
    Actual result : the product is not cancelled.
