SARM stops processging orders (requests) periodically

ASAP 5.2.3 Build 122 Oracle Solaris environment:

Orders were not progressing and remained in status 103. Restarting ASAP and Weblogic was not helping. Around 2000 orders get processed before system needs to restart again.

It was observed by customer that one NE was responding slowly and it was being investigated at customer end.
