Symptoms
On : 4.6.0 version, Definition, DCMs, DCIs, Copy Groups and Views
When attempting to define default repeats for a DCM SUBSET > 99 the following error occurs.
ERROR

FRM-40508 - ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a DCM
2. Create 99 subsets of the DCM (DCM_SUBSET_SN = 100)
3. Attempt to define default values for questions in the 100th subset and erro appears.
