Unable to start all ASAP servers (Doc ID 1456470.1)

Symptoms

Below changes are made on the IP configuration of the server where ASAP is installed. After this change, ASAP is not coming up. There are no changes done on application side.

1. A new physical IP address is created for the server ( xx.xx.xx.xx).
2. The earlier physical IP address has been reconfigured as the virtual IP address.
( Earlier we were using the physical IP address xx.xx.xx.xxand this IP has been reconfigured as the VIP on which application was running).

As soon as Control server starts, it goes down immediately with the below error message in the FORKAGENET diagnostic file.
