All Services Show 'green Lightbulb' Icon For Argus Safety Service (Doc ID 1456500.1)

Recently upgraded to Argus 6.0.5.

Everything appeared to go smoothly except for the Safety Services.

All the services only have the have icons showing green light bulbs next to them, rather than green check marks.
