Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Data Collections
When attempting to run ATP Data Collection,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-20001: Snapshot Creation on WSM_COPY_OP_RESOURCES failed : ORA-01471: cannot create a synonym with same name as object
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Order Management Resp --- >Scheduling --->Run ATP Data Collections Program.
