You expect migrate_user_acc_tables to handle the SET_OF_BOOKS_CD column without error.  SET_OF_BOOKS_CD is a standard column on the LEDGER_STAT table in OFSA 4.5.39.  The SET_OF_BOOKS_CD column is removed from LEDGER_STAT in OFSAA 5.2.  The procedure migrate_user_acc_tables should account for this change in the LEDGER_STAT table. It should not expect SET_OF_BOOKS_CD to exist on the OFSAA LEDGER_STAT table.
