Goal
1. Customer performed the following query on an Argus table
select * from cmn_reg_reports;
It shows a DATE_SUBMITTED as:
12-Apr-2012 19:06
2. customer in New York logs into Argus, see the following time per application user interface as:
12-Apr-2012 15:06
3. A second user in Colorado logs into Argus, see the following time per application user interface as:
12-Apr-2012 13:06
Why does it show different times for the same event?
