NUR Report Scheduled On Weekly Basis Not Getting Generated (Doc ID 1457468.1)

Symptoms

Network Utilization Report (NUR) when scheduled for weekly basis is not getting generated.
Although if the NUR report is scheduled on daily basis then it does get generated. Daily reports work fine.
