Symptoms

An error happened while Objectel server was up after some time.

When they try to connect to he Objectel Server they received the next error message in the logs:
12/03/21:09:11:46I (10.251.104.172:64233) 1003: The user has requested operation 1
12/03/21:09:11:46E (10.251.104.172:64233) 427: Try to reconnect
12/03/21:09:11:46E (10.251.104.172:64233) 813: All connections are busy [AgCPersistence.cpp,375]
12/03/21:09:11:46S (10.251.104.172:64233) -1: (-1)
