Error During Factory Load - Input String Not In Correct Format (Doc ID 1457882.1)

Symptoms

During Factory Data Loading in Argus 7.0.1,  the following steps were followed:

1. Click Factory Data in Schema Creation Tool window.
2. On the Connect to Database screen, enter Argus Schema Owner as ARGUS_APP, Password as {ARGUS_APP Password}, Database as {Argus Database SID}.
3. Click on OK button in Connect to Database screen.
4. On the Connect to Database screen, enter ESM Schema Owner as ESM_OWNER, Password as {ESM_OWNER Password}, and Database as {Argus Database SID}.
5. Click on OK button in Connect to Database screen.
6. Enter {Admin Password} and {System Password} in the Password and Password Verify fields and tab out.
7. Click OK on the Default User Passwords screen.

On step number 7,when OK is clicked , the below error appears.

"Input String was not in a correct Format"
