Ability to configure Agile's web client login page

1. Add a small message to users of the Agile Web client so they will know what credentials to use for logging into the application
2. If the password is expired and user tries to login they see "Invalid Username or password" error message. Customer want that error message is configurable
3. There is a "forgot password link" on the login page. Customer want that link configurable either
