Issues with New Supplier Created in EBS Flowing to RMS and to Downstream Applications of RMS

Symptoms
A new supplier is created in E-Business Suite (EBS) is flowing to Retail Merchandising System (RMS), but its failing when flowing to Retail Warehouse Management System(RWMS) with error.
Steps To Recreate :
Scenario 1:
1. Create a supplier in EBS.
2. Check if the supplier has flown to RMS.
3. RMS is populating the remaining mandatory addresses, but in ADDR table all the address_types has PRIMARY_ ADDR_IND with "N" and because of this, the supplier information fails while flowing to RWMS with the error :
