Customer Center Change Plan Option Tab Issue on BRM 7.4 PatchSet 8 (Doc ID 1457912.1)

Symptoms

If a customer has the same plan purchased multiple times (with optional services) then changing plan options does not work correctly, due to unavailability of selecting which plan, for individual services.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Plan with option and subscription group. (only monthly fee would be sufficient)
a. /service/telco/gsm - Required service, Subscription group owner
b. /service/telco/gsm/telephony – Required service, Subscription group member
c. /service/telco/gsm/fax – optional service, Subscription group member
d. /service/telco/gsm/sms – optional service, Subscription group member
e. /service/telco/gsm/roaming – optional service, Subscription group member

2. Create an account with this plan
3. Purchase this plan multiple times for crated account.
4. Use customer center for changing plan option (adding an optional service within an existing plan).

Note: There is no option for selecting which service/plan to be modified. Since one plan was purchased multiple times hence there is only one option in plan tab for selecting the plan.

Plan/service to be selected for changing the option is not available since only one plan would be displaying in the plan drop down list.
