Error During Rerating On Product Type Item (Doc ID 1458001.1)

Symptoms

Rerating an account with a product of type 'Item' yields an error.

Steps to reproduce :

-  created product , item type , purchase fee , 10 $.
-  created deal/plan

1)  10 Mar: Create account with above plan
2)  15 Mar: Run rerating from testnap using op_subscription_rerate_rebill with below flist :

0 PIN_FLD_POID           POID [0] 0.0.0.1 /account 8413995 0
0 PIN_FLD_START_T      TSTAMP [0] (1330632002) Thu Mar  1 12:00:02 2012
0 PIN_FLD_PROGRAM_NAME    STR [0] "rerate"


3)  In cm pinlog, there is an error as below :
