Using Payment Tool, when attempting to do reversal for the secondary schema payment is throwing TRANS_ALREADY_OPEN error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create account in secondary schema.
2. Make payment to the secondary schema account by connecting to primary schema.
3. Do the reversal for the secondary schema payment by connecting to primary schema.
