Purpose

AutoVue 20.2.0 introduces changes with the installer, a summary of the changes can be found in <Note 1437447.1>. For example it is now possible to enable SSL communication when proceeding with the installation of AutoVue. This document will explain how to configure SSL with a generated self-signed certificate on Jetty.

Note: In this note we are using Jetty as the application server, it is recommanded to use Jetty only for testing purpose. In a production environment we recommand using another application server like WebLogic for example.
