Unable to Schedule processes using the Business Calendar in Version 1.6.1.9 (Doc ID 1459041.1)

Symptoms

It should be possible to select which business calendar is used in scheduling and therefore schedule will be processed to run accordingly, but this does now work. Even though a business calendar is selected, the process is not run from the scheduler.

Changes

Problem began after installing 1.6.1.8 and/or 1.6.1.9.

This issue was introduced in version 1.6.1.8 and prior versions work as expected.
