Unable to Schedule processes using the Business Calendar in Version 126.96.36.199

Information in this document applies to any platform.
It should be possible to select which business calendar is used in scheduling and therefore schedule will be processed to run accordingly, but this does now work. Even though a business calendar is selected, the process is not run from the scheduler.
Problem began after installing 184.108.40.206 and/or 220.127.116.11.
This issue was introduced in version 18.104.22.168 and prior versions work as expected.
