OSM Performance Drops and JBoss Cache Exception Found (Doc ID 1459252.1)

Slow performance is experienced on the OSM system.

In the server log the following message appears:

"JBoss cache exception occur when order stuck at received state for 60 seconds"

Tasks are stuck at 'Received' state causing processing time to slow down
