Symptoms

Installation of a MDM Service Pack, various versions, after which MDM will not start. Error in log:

ERROR (support.context.ContextFactory).splwg.d2.d Cannot register component comomain.aggregation.algorithm.AggregateMeasurementCountAndQuantityAlgComp_Impl. It is already registered under name com.splwg.d2.domain.aggregation.algorithm.AggregateMeasurementCountAndQuantityAlgComp for component com.splwg.d2.domain.aggregation.algorithm.AggregateMeasurementCountAndQuantityAlgComp_Impl
