Symptoms
When trying to enter a new Location Address in the PSR Ordering window , the address field which is defined as a Dropdown in Structured Formats doesn't show up as dropdown but as text field.
For e.g the CITY is not coming as Dropdown while DM and CP are showing properly as shown in the screen below :
