Symptoms

Purchase a backdated cycle arrear product, it created two cycle arrear events.

1) Set the PVT on 5th Jan 2012
2) Create the cycle arrear product
3) Set DOM as 1
4) While creating account
     a) Set the purchase date as 5th Nov 2011
     b) Set the cycle start date as 1st Dec 2011
5) Cancel the account, set the cancellation date as 5th Dec 2011
6) Browse the event_t

Actual result: 
There were two cycle arrear events.

Expected result:
There should be one cycle arrear event.
