Symptoms

Renewal Work indicator not defaulting to Y when configured in Modules Administration forms for the Work Order Form


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Modules Administration ->Forms>WORKORD>Required Fields
2. Set default to Y for Block Name:Task and Field Name :RENEWAL_WORK_IND under Work Order Form.
3. Create new work order
4. Go to Task -> Asset Data
5. Renewal Indicator is still set to N
