Symptoms

Unable to code term on bookin screen for study case with configured study. "error_1233" displayed in dialog box, and the following appears in error log (CMN_ERROR_LOG):

Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 8197 occurred.
SQL execution error, ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "ARGUS_APP.GSS_DICTIONARY", line 256
ORA-06512: at "ARGUS_APP.GSS_DICTIONARY", line 1669
ORA-06512: at line 1
