Cycle calculations for arrears in case of product reactivation is creating long cycle.
Steps to reproduce:
Patch Set 10, DOM: 1, delayed billing : 10, PVT : Jan 5th 2012
Account creation date along with product purchased: Jan 5th 2012
Bill run date : Jan 11th 2012
Bill run date : Feb 11th 2012
Inactive the product Date Feb 17th 2012
Bill run date : Mar 01 2012
Bill run date : Mar 11 2012
Bill run date : Apr 01 2012
Bill run date : Apr 11 2012
Activate the Product Date Apr 15th 2012 with activate date as Feb 17th 2012.
Bill run date : May 01 2012
Bill run date : May 11 2012
Long cycle should not get generated
Cycle Feb 1st to Feb 17th cycle is missing and long cycle Mar 1st to Jun 1st generated
