Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.4.0.10.0 Version, Cycle calculations for arrears in case of product reactivation is creating long cycle.

Steps to reproduce:

On 7.4 Patch Set 10,

Day Of Month: 1, delayed billing : 10, PVT : Jan 5th 2012
Account creation date along with product purchased: Jan 5th 2012
Bill run date : Jan 11th 2012
Bill run date : Feb 11th 2012
Inactive the product Date Feb 17th 2012
Bill run date : Mar 01 2012
Bill run date : Mar 11 2012
Bill run date : Apr 01 2012
Bill run date : Apr 11 2012
Activate the Product Date Apr 15th 2012 with activate date as Feb 17th 2012.
Bill run date : May 01 2012
Bill run date : May 11 2012


Expected result
Long cycle should not get generated

Actual result
Cycle Feb 1st to Feb 17th cycle is missing and long cycle Mar 1st to Jun 1st generated
