Goal

DCIs that have multiple pages within the HTML layout and have repeating defaults or default responses.
The default responses or repeating defaults are not displayed on any page after page 1 until the page is either saved Complete or Incomplete.
Once the page is saved the default responses or repeating defaults will be displayed.

Is this a bug, setup issue or is there something missing that is causing this?
