Users are receiving the errors FR-40735 and ORA-4061 if they try to test a study after being in Data Entry production mode.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

* Connect to OC
* Go to Data Entry -> Initial Log-In and Entry.
* Go to Definition -> Test Data Entry -> Initial Log-In and Entry
