Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Planner workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ASCP plan generates a single planned order for an item which drives significantly high Projected Available Balance that cannot be explained.
Also, we are noticing that the planned order generated is pegged to multiple future demand, but skips the current demand.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect plan to create planned order according to demand and not generate high Projected Available Balance (PAB)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Setup Enforce Demand Due Dates (EDD) plan, select Supplier Capacity as the only constraint, do not specify any values
(2) Run EDD plan
(3) Review Results
