Goal
Enhancement Request:
Users are requesting an enhancement in the functionality of the Interexchange Customer Service Center (ICSC) window in order to
minimize the number of items displayed in the drop down of the Directory Service Request window » Service Center 1 field.

Business Justification:
Minimize time and effort scrolling through hundreds of entries when only one is needed, or having to type the first 1 or 2 characters of the intended value.
Workaround:
Users are aware that to minimize scrolling thru all the list, they can type the first 2 letters quickly and MSS will position the cursor in the first item in the list starting with those letters.
